BlueCart is a foodtech startup that connects restaurants to their suppliers in a convenient mobile procurement app. As the Special Projects Lead and Marketing Manager, I worked to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy and led projects to build brand awareness and user engagement. Projects Included:

  • City Expansion Strategy: Led a team to coordinate, execute, and track city expansion strategy in advance of Series B funding to hone an efficient and cost effective strategy for rapid replication and deployment. Develop and monitor metric tracking to determine efficacy of strategy.

  • Culinary Guest Lecture Program: Developed the Guest Lecture Program to visit culinary and hospitality programs to educate students on the latest in the F&B procurement space, educate our target market on BlueCart technology before they enter the market and build key partnerships with national culinary and hospitality programs.

  • BlueCart Certification: Led a team to develop the idea of BlueCart Certification to build user acquisition, increase user engagement with the platform, and begin to build an industry leading standard. Program to include guest lecture series, tutorials, trainings, and "gamifying" the app.

  • The Dinner Table - Monthly Educational Series: Created a streamlined process to monthly BlueCart hosted events to ensure consistency, marketing reach, and successful events.

  • Marketing: Blogging, product language, newsletters, events, organizing speaking engagements, etc...

One of my initiatives was to launch and curate their Instagram account. That's right, food photos!
